The audit stage is important. It is crucial to understand both internal & external elements of an organization to understand gaps, successes, public opinion, internal opinion, whether goals have been set and if those goals are being met, if so, how? If not, why? This is where we are able to identify problem areas and successful areas for planning stages.
This stage allows us to work with the organization to build or improve on overall business/marketing/content strategies that will be effective in their market.
- Review all former & existing marketing, content & strategy
- Research and understand organizations past strategy if applicable
- Review website front end UX, copy, design, PR, Content
- Review Website Backend: SEO, Meta, Ranking, Google Ads
- Conduct Internal Interviews & Customer Interviews to gain an understanding of messaging, perception of the organization
